Three of FIFA presidential aspirants, HRH Prince Ali Al Hussein , Sheikh Salman Bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa and Gianni Infantino who will contest in next month's FIFA Presidential elections will be in Accra during the General Assembly of the West African Football Union (WAFU) Zone B which will be held on Tuesday January 12.
WAFU Zone B president, Kwesi Nyantekyi will be chairing the General Assembly.
The three will be in Accra to present themselves to delegates of the sub-regional football body who will be at Tuesday's congress at the Movenpick hotel.
The aspirants, who are currently rounding up their campaign projects, will be aiming to convince delegates to vote for them in the FIFA Presidential elections which will be held on February 26 in Zurich.
The two other aspirants, Jérôme Champagne and Tokyo Sexwale are expected to send their representatives.
The Presidential aspirants will also address the media at a press conference which will be organized after the Congress.
Delegates from Cote d’Ivoire, Benin, Togo, Niger, Burkina Faso, and Nigeria are expected to be at the assembly which will be hosted by Ghana.
The Congress is expected to commence at 9:00am GMT.
