IMF Predicts Doom For Ghana Economy

The International Monetary Fund has warned that Ghana's economic outlook remains highly bleak predicting that the current economic trends across the world never favors the nation.

IMF Mission chief for Ghana, Joël Toujas-Bernaté in an address in Washington revealed that the current global economic trends would in no way see Ghana's economy bouncing back.

Meanwhile government has been urged to embark on major reforms if only it yearned for an economic comeback. The IMF explains such a fiscal reform would have to be aimed at consolidating the risks accrued and also hugely reducing potential fiscal risks.
