A Facebook message sent by the teacher to the student, (name withheld) said, “I hope you’re not filling my head with fairy tales,” according to court records. “I mean it when I say I love you and want to be with you forever.”

The boy’s father had a hint about the alleged relationship when his son left his Facebook profile logged in on the family’s computer and quickly notified the school’s principal and police.

The two started to message each other last October when he was 15, on Facebook and would sometimes watch movies at her apartment. According to the police, the two sent each other sexually explicit photos too.

Alina always told the boy she wanted to wait until 2017, when he would have turned 17, so she could have sex with him because it would be legal by then.

Court records state that the boy told the police that Alina kept asking her if they could have sex and in November, they did.
