UK-based gospel artiste, Sonnie badu has advised the youth to learn to love unconditionally. According to him, loving unconditionally is one of the ways to choose the right partner for life.
The gospel singer and preacher on Valentine's day took to his social media page instagram and idolized his wife, using her to advise young ladies out there.
In one of such post, Sonnie wrote " Even in your fights and arguments you must find love.. even when he offends you and you offend him, there must still be love, Valentine is not about the gift you receive but it's about the love you are willing to give unconditionally".
Sonnie noted in an interview with yen.com.gh that there are so many misconceptions about the day and many end up abusing it, hence the need to use his social media platform to advise the youth, especially the ladies who form a large percentage of his fans.
In another post on Valentine's day where he posted a picture of a ring he had given to his wife, Sonnie wrote, " happy Valentine, Young lady , you will be able to tell the value eh places on you by the ring he buys for you".
In another post where he showers praises on Mrs. Badu and thanking her for the bundle of joy given him, Sonnie advised the young men out there to look for women who would not dig into their pockets but sustain it. The young ladies he also advised to to marry men who would build their future with the lady in mind.
Sonnie in his post ends by saying "Love is a beautiful thing when it is with the right person. It won't be straight but eventually you will get there".
On the issue of make up, Sonnie posts a picture of his wife, Ann Marie without make up and bemoans young men to choose a lady that they can still recognize without make up.
"Some women can draw very well, and young lady just be yourself, if he loves you, your make up won't move him"
This is not the first of Sonnie's post to advise the youth on marriage. His aim according to him is to create a positive change and impart the youth.
Born, Sonnie Agyemang Badu, he is the only son among four women. He has won many international and local awards and has several albums to his credit. Sonnie is happily married to Ann Marie Badu and their marriage has been blessed with a little daughter.
