Personnel from the Ghana National Fire Service have doused a fire outbreak which engulfed the Kumasi High Court in the Ashanti Region - a development which is feared to have burnt down several dockets and processed judgements of high court judges.

The fire which is documented to have started at 11:00 am is said to have lasted for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile investigations into the disaster has began as all form of judicial activity remain suspended as tens of workers stood aimlessly as they watched the building go down to the mercy of the flames.
