Following the media revelation of how over 500 pupils in the Kperisi Primmary School in Wa engage in academic studies without desks, the vice presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Dr Mahamadu Bawumia has ordered furniture for all students.

During his visit to the Wa East Constituency on Friday, Dr Bawumia  who went through the Basic 1, 2 and 3 classrooms, urged the pupils not to be daunted by the current conditions and to study hard to become great future leaders.
