At the health walk, Dumelo urged the NDC faithfuls who joined the walk to work hard to keep the John Mahama led administration in power.
He was of the view that the NDC stands tall when it comes to the development of the country and urged the people, especially the youth not to take a softer line in their allegiance to the party.
“I will be coming here most of the time…… I urge you to keep the fire burning. You don’t have to lose guard.”
When asked whether he had any political ambition, Dumelo said, “It is my mind to becoming a future president.”
The socialite has on several occasions had to answer questions over his links with the ruling NDC due to some of his remarks and posts on social media.
The one that easily comes to mind is the recent revelation by Yvonne Nelson that her good friend Dumelo had been ignoring her calls following their divided views on the energy crisis.
Dumelo asked Ghanaians to take it easy with President John Mahama over the issue, whilst expressing the view that he would solve the then panicky power situation.
The nation has since experienced some stable power.
