Manager of the Dome Vehicle Inspection and Technical Organisation (VITO), Denisse Okyere has been killed in a car accident at Koforidua in the Eastern Region.
The accident, which has been described as gory, is reported to have occurred on Sunday morning along the Koforidua-police station road.
Eyewitness accounts show that the vehicle of Denisse somersaulted after a speeding commercial driver had jumped traffic and knocked his SUV vehicle from behind - a development that saw the vehicle veer off lane hitting an electric pole which landed on the vehicle of the VITO boss killing him instantly.
Police have so far cleared the mangled vehicles off the road as investigations into the accident continues.
Meanwhile the body has been deposited at the morgue.
