Popular Ghanaian actor, John Dumelo has been appointed Ghana's tourism ambassador by the Ministry of Tourism.
Making known his appointment on social media, the entrepreneur and philanthropist expressed his preparedness to promoting the culture and name of Ghana across the world even as he embarks on his acting career.

“Happy to be appointed tourism ambassador by the Minister of tourism. I’m happy to promote Tourism in Ghana and also sell Ghana to the rest of the world," he stated in a post on Instagram.
The recent appointment bestowed on the ace Ghanaian actor comes as no surprise to many considering his extensive visits to heads of states and government bodies across the world for the discussion of business engagements and proposals.
John Dumelo's appointment makes him and the Beasts of No Nations star, Abraham Attah the recent most revered Ghanaian movie actors to be honored for their exemplary works in the world of entertainment.
