Mahama commissions 120-bed Hospital at Dodowa (Photos)

President John Dramani Mahama has commissioned a 120-bed hopital at Shai Osu-Doku at Dodowa. Inspecting and speaking on the commissioning, President Mahama has stated that the hospital forms part of the 'evidence-based learning' under his administration.

The move forms part of government's efforts to increase the access to health care services to all Ghanaians especially those living in peri-urban areas. The newly constructed hospital is thus expected to boost the quality of living of persons living at Dodowa who have always been complaining over issues of poor health care delivery.

The total amount involved in the construction of the hospital totals 165 million dollars.
