Now the time to say goodbye to heavily-funded researches on the poverty index of any country? The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) of the United States in one of its latest aerial shots on the globe through satellite surveillance has shown that darkest parts of the world during the night are much more the very countries battling with issues of poverty as against that of the rich.
