Nsein Chief thanks Mahama for infrastructural projects

The people of  Nsein in the Western Region on Wednesday welcomed President John Mahama to their community with fanfare.

Addressing the people, President Mahama said his administration had constructed 800 kilometres of road in the Western Region.

He said nine communities in Axim had been provided with electricity, while some community senior high schools had also been built in the region.

Responding, the chief of Nsein, Awulai Kwame II, expressed gratitude to the president for bringing development to the area.

President Mahama is in the Western Region as part of his ‘Accounting to the People’ tour which began on Monday.

On Tuesday, he interacted with fisherfolk at Fijal in Takoradi and pledged to provide them with facilities and equipment that will make fishing easier and more lucrative.
