NPP man alleges Adakabre, Tikesie's apology were false

Medical doctor and a leading member of New Patriotic Party(NPP), Dr. Arthur Kennedy is alleging that the apology rendered by Adakabre  Frimpong Manso and Kwame Nkrumah Tikesie to the Nana Akafo-Addo were  “forced”.

Dr. Arthur Kennedy writes about press freedom in relation to NPP's recent boycott of two local radio stations

According to Dr. Kennedy the conduct by the two Despite Group of companies  journalists have dealt a big blow to press freedom.

He accused the media house for forcing insincere apologies from its staff.

In a statement posted on his Facebook wall Wednesday, Arthur K condemned the strong stance of the opposition NPP calling for an investigations into the drama that unfolded from their issues with the Journalists working under the Despite Group, adding that such behavior makes nonsense of Ghana as a modern country with a free press.

Facebook agog with Dr. Arthur Kennedy's statement on the apology by two radio show hosts

The two hosts of political shows on Accra based Okay FM and Neat FM have rendered an unqualified apology to  Nana Addo over his alleged claims of the NPP leader threatening to kill him(Adakabre) and for bias against the NPP.
