A four-member delegation from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) office in Ghana paid a courtesy call on the management of the Graphic Communications Group Limited (GCGL) in Accra on Wednesday.
Mr Koji Makino the Chief Representative of the agency in Ghana who interacted with Mr Ken Ashigbey, the Managing Director of GCGL expressed JICA’s pleasure to deepen and broaden collaboration with local institutions on potential investments as well as focus on three major operational areas locally, comprising infrastructure, health, and agriculture.

In their interaction, Mr Ashigbey said Graphic Communication’s move to introduce the digital version of its brands was to ensure that all potential readers were served irrespective of geographical location.

He said the initiative formed part of the GCGL’s innovative and creative strategies to serve readers who cannot access their brands through the print and also encourage the youth to imbibe reading at their convenience.
