Avram Grant leaves for Europe to monitor players

The Ghana Football Association announced on its official Twitter handle that the Black Stars coach, Avram Grant will be out of the country to continue with his monitoring programme in Europe for the next few weeks.

According to the GFA, Grant traveled out of Ghana Wednesday night following the FA’s approval of his trip.

In his absence, assistant coach, Maxwell Konadu will be monitoring the local league for other talents.

“On his return,Mr Grant will focus on monitoring the local league for new talents while supporting the activities of the other national teams,” the Ghana FA tweeted.

Grant who overstayed his last leave had to be sent a letter asking he returned to base (Ghana) by the Ghana Football Association ahead of the Black Stars 2017 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying games against Mozambique.
