Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom, the 2012 presidential candidate of the Progressive People’s Party paid a visit to the family of the late NPP stalwart, late Jake Obetsebi-Lamptey to commiserate with them on their loss.
Accompanied by his wife, Mrs. Yvonne Nduom, top executives of the PPP as well as some management members of Groupe Nduom, Dr. Nduom described the late Obetsebi-Lamptey was someone who did his best for the Ghana, his family and business associates, thereby affecting the many lives he came into contact with. He added that the late Jake was a joy to be with in his life time.
A friend to the Obetsebi-Lamptey family who received the delegation thanked Dr Nduom and his family for taking time off their busy schedule to commiserate with the grieving family and expressed gratitude to Ghanaians for the heartfelt messages of condolence to the family.
The late Obetsebi-Lamptey died on 20th of March, 2016 in London where he was receiving treatment over a protracted ailment. He is due to be buried on 21st April, 2016.
