EC dispatches 3,500 registration kits to districts

The Electoral Commission (EC) has dispatched 3,500 biometric voters' registration kits and back-ups throughout the country in readiness for its  nationwide limited voters' registration exercise scheduled for April 28.

EC dispatches 3,500 registration kits to districts

The exercise, which would be in two phases, seeks to register Ghanaians who have turned 18 years as well as other eligible individuals not registered as voters in the country.

The first phase begins on the April 28 to  May 2 while the second phase will come off from May 4 to  May 8, 2016, the Commission has said.
