The Family of the 16-year-old boy who was beaten by two soldiers is expected to petition the Commission on Human Rights and Administrate Justice (CHRAJ) on Monday.
Lawyer for the family, Francis Xavier Sosu, also plans to file a suit against the Ghana Armed Forces, a report by myjoyonline.com said.
“This young man was just a victim of military brutality which we have condemned in all uncertain terms,” Mr Sosu said.

The Chronicle newspaper reported on Thursday that the victim, Christopher Bama, was beaten until he fell unconscious by two soldiers with the Tamale Airborne Force, who accused him of stealing a mobile phone
According to the report, Corporal Atuahene and Collins Agyei Boamah, handcuffed and hanged the boy on a mango tree, after which they subjected him to beatings until he fell unconscious.
