Madam Akua Adubofour, mother of convicted drug trafficker, Nayele Ametefe is battling the Narcotics Control Board (NACOB) over houses confiscated by the state.
NACOB is probing ownership claims by the mother who is claiming houses confiscated by the state belong to her.
Madam Akua Adubofour, claims two houses confiscated as part of the assets do not belong to her daughter.
The NACOB have so far confiscated all items including the Night Angels Enterprise property located on the Dzorwulu Highway and six Fidelity Bank accounts containing approximately Ghc30, 000.00 in the name of Nayele.
She was sentenced to eight years and eight months jail term in London last year for transporting cocaine whose street value was approximately 1.9 million Pounds to Britain.
