Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo, the presidential candidate for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has extended his condolences to businessman, Kennedy Agyapong (Kenpong) over the loss of his mother.
Nana Addo promised to do his best to attend the funeral when the Kenpong Group boss paid him a visit at his Nima residence. In his address, Nana Addo said: “Sorry, have my sympathy, I will do all I can to be present, if am not able to make it, you will definitely hear from me because you have been a very loyal friend.”
Kennedy Agyapong was led by head of family, Samuel Opoku Gyimah and other family members, who as custom demands, presented a bottle of schnapps and an invitation card to Nana Addo. Also present at the gathering was John Boadu, NPP acting General Secretary, and Sharatu Baby Atta, Nana’s personal secretary.
The funeral of Janet Yaa Biamah is scheduled for May 28, at Mpraeso, Kwahu in the Eastern Region.
