Dzifa Gomashie-Ahiaglo is the Deputy Minister of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts and a queen mother in the Aflao area.
Prior to her appointment as minister she used to be one of Ghana’s talented actresses.
A legon trained actress and a lover of the arts, Dzifa Gomashieis the owner of a restaurant at Ashalley botew, a suberb of Accra that is known to specialize in indigenous Ghanaian dishes and provides live band with a specialty for ewe songs.
She is also a proud member of the Abibigroma group with compatriots like Edinam Atatsi and Dzifa Glikpoe.
Dzifa Gomashie runs a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) which is into mentoring young girls. She is married to an officer of the Ghana Armed Forces and with a son.
For many who are close to the minister, they can testify that she loves the creative arts and loves to exhibit her dancing skills when she gets the opportunity.
