Pollster Ben Ephson claims Ashanti Region has about ninety-six thousand people who registered with the National Health Insurance card ahead of the 2012 elections.
Speaking to StarrFMonline, Ephson revealed that over 42,000 of such registrations are in the Greater Accra region, and said 10,000 and 32,000 are in the Volta and Eastern regions respectively.
According to him, his research does not include the other six regions. He wondered why any political party will jubilate over the ruling of the Supreme Court regarding the voters register.
