Pentecost pastor sacked for sleeping with church women

Pentecost pastor sacked for sleeping with church women

The district pastor of the Pentecost church at Bereku in the Central region, George Osei Agyemang, is said to have been sacked from the church for allegedly having sexual relations with some women in the congregation.

The wife of a deacon is reportedly among the many women that Mr Osei Agyemang allegedly slept with.

Accra-based Adom FM reported that the church was thrown into a state of confusion when the news of the pastor’s removal was broken to the congregation.

Apart from his alleged infidelity, Mr Osei Agyemang is also accused of transferring church funds into his own account.

Pastor Osei Agyeman has, consequently, been given him a month to hand over all church property in his possession, the report said.

Some members of the congregation, however, rejected the allegations against their pastor, whom they described as a true man of God.
