Speaking to workers of the Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) during a visit by the Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago Dr. Keith Christopher Rowley President John Mahama assured that the move is expected to see Ghana become a downstream petroleum hub, to increase the distribution of petroleum products within the sub-region.

TOR recently announced a profit of 800 million dollars between February and April this year citing the conversion of its debts into bonds.
