Photos: Mzbel pays fees for 16 girls in Accra
Hiplife singer, Mzbel, through her BelCare Foundation, has paid school fees for 16 girls at the 28 February Road Primary School in James Town, Accra.
The move comes after the musician pledged to support the education of girls in the James Town and Bukom communities.
Mzbel noted on Facebook that the school was where she had her basic education.
She said: “On the 17th May 2016 I went to pay Studies Fee, Friday Wear, Weekly Offering for a term, Utility Fee, Crest Fee, Exams Fee, PTA Dues, PTA Card and Stationery for my 16 girls at 28th February Road Primary School in Accra Jamestown where education began for me..
“This will continue every term till they graduate from University so help me God. Next week God willing, will be sending them shoes and socks. Thank you God for blessings…”
