Two people died in a fatal accident at Awutu Breku in the Central Region when a commercial Mercedes Benz Sprinter bus collided with a Kia Pride taxi.
Twenty others sustained injuries in the accident, according to a report by graphic.com.gh.
The two vehicles, which we said to be coming from opposite directions, reportedly collided at a spot close to the Sapato filling station at Awutu Breku.
Police say the driver of the taxi, Isaac Cobby, died on the spot while a male passenger on the bus died after he had been taken to the St Gregory Clinic at Budumburam for treatment.
All the other injured victims were said to have been taken to the same clinic for treatment.
