Jose Mourinho has agreed personal terms with Manchester United to replace former coach, Louis van Gaal.
Mourinho's agent Jorge Mendes flew into London to hold talks with Ed Woodward and a deal is close to being finalised.
After months of speculations, the long running deal seem close to reality as Mourinho concluded his negotiations with United’s executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward at a secret location in central London this afternoon with the deal reported to be around a staggering £15million-a-year.
The Red devils are expected to officially announce Mourinho’s arrival on Friday and when he will be unveiled at Old Trafford.
The Special One was seen being chauffeured and dressed smartly in a black suit and tie on Thursday afternoon to his final meeting with Woodward.
The deal dragged on for several days as Mourinho was left to resolve various image rights issues with Chelsea, who sacked him before the season ended.
