Former Nigeria Super Eagles’s  captain Joseph Yobo brought his football career to a close in style as some great African footballers descended on Port Harcourt to honour him on Friday afternoon in his testimonial match at the Adokiye Amiesimaka stadium.

Ghana legend Stephen Appiah and his compatriots Sulley Muntari, Andre and Jordan Ayew, Samuel Eto’o and a host of others were all present.

Yobo’s former manager at Everton, David  Moyes also flew in to manage the star studded Team-World who lined up against the Yobo-led Team-Nigeria.

The match ended 5-4 in favour of Team-Nigeria with the former international, Emmanuel Amunike netting a hat-trick.
