Mother of five and fitness buff Simone Gately says there is no excuse for women not to have their dream bodies even after pregnancies.
The 34 year old from Halifax in the UK still manages to fit in a workout schedule between taking care of her husband and 5 children. The full time mum starts her day at 5am with a gym session where she sometimes uses her kids as weights for squats and press ups.
Simone's claims her impressive physique and fitness regime does not rule her life and wants to show other mums that there's no excuse not to ditch the baby fat. Simone said: 'During my first pregnancy with Summer I ate way too much and piled on the pounds, I was at least three stone heavier by the time I gave birth. But shortly after she was born I slimmed right back down to a size six as I was due to marry Paul 10 months later. I've since had another four children who are now all under the age of nine and although my stomach has stretched and deflated so many times, I still have an eight pack and the body of my dreams.’
'I want to show other women that you don't have to live in the gym and let fitness dominate your life in order to have a flat stomach and good muscle tone.
Simone is married to a professor in obesity studies Paul Gately, 45, and their kids, Minnie, 2, India, 5, Blossom, 6, Chester, 7, and Summer, 9 all exercise together with both parents influencing the children to walk long distances from an early age.
