Hearts of Oak board chairman Togbe Afede XIV is reported to have staged a last minute coup to ditch the plans of the club's management of sacking head coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi.
The majority share owner is said to have been influenced by the Phobians supporters who were not too enthused with the decision to get rid of the Japanese-American.
Widespread media reports claimed the Phobians were to hand Kenichi his sack letter on Friday with the club having gone ahead and contacted Serbian trainer Kosta Papic to replace him.
