Punish state looters - Christian Council charges Mahama

President Mahama has been charged by the Christian Council of Ghana to punish all public officials who indulge in the looting of state funds.

A communique signed by the Apostle Opoku Oyinah, chairman of the Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council and Rev Dr. Adu Asare, chairman of the Christian Council argues that Ghana is bound to lose much should the needed measures not be put in place to deal with embezzlement and misappropriation of funds.

This call follows concerns over the misappropriation of funds and state resources by some public officials under the Mahama-Amissah Arthur  administration.
