The case was adjourned because the prosecutor failed to produce the docket for the case in court today.

Paintsil is facing charges of stealing, offensive conduct and assault of a police officer after he was reported to have slapped the East Legon district police commander, DSP Emmanuel Basintale during interrogation in a case of car theft reported against him by his wife.
