The former general secretary of the New Patriotic Party, Kwabena Agyepong has refused to testify for the suspended national chairman of the party, Paul Afoko in court.
According to lawyers for Afoko, Mr Agyepong has indicated to them that he is no longer available for the purpose.
Mr Agyepong was listed as a third witness in the case involving the NPP and the suspended chairman, Paul Afoko.
Lawyer Safo Boabeng however, told the court to strike out the witness statement submitted by the suspended General Secretary.
Both Mr. Agyepong and Afoko have been suspended by the disciplinary committee of the party over acts the party considered inimical to their political fortunes.
