Medeama lose to TP Mazembe in CAF match

Ghana’s Medeama SC lost 3-1 to TP Mazembe in the Group A Caf Confederation Cup clash on Sunday in Lumumbashi.

Raynford Kalaba got a brace on the afternoon with the other goal coming from Malian international Salif Coulibally who scored a third from a Solomon Asante corner-kick after Malik Akowuah had put the Ghanaians in the lead as early as the fourth minute.

Ghanaian duo of Solomon Asante and Daniel Nii Adjei were in superb form for the Congolese side.

Medeama's next match will be against MO Bejaia at the Sekondi Sports Stadium on 29 June.
