The Roads and Highways Minister, Alhaji Inusah Fuseini has revealed that government has secured a Japanese fund to construct an interchange at the Tema roundabout to ease traffic congestion.
According to the minister the completion of the project will will expand its capacity to contain the volume of traffic on the road.
Speaking in parliament on the issue, Alhaji Inusah Fuseini opined that the construction will begin in 2017.

The heavy traffic at the Tema motorway roundabout which has persisted for years has been a major concern for motorists and residents of Tema.
The situation has taken a toll on productivity in the industrial city, surrounding towns and the country's capital, Accra.
