The Electoral Commission (EC) will present a list of 28,120 people who registered with National Health Insurance (NHIS) cards ahead of the 2012 elections to the Supreme Court today, starrfmonline.com has reported.
The move follows the court’s order last week for the list to be made available by Wednesday.
The order was given after Abu Ramadan, a former PNC national organiser, went to the Supreme Court to seek an interpretation of an earlier judgement in which the court asked the EC to rid the voters register of NHIS card registrants.
