Ghanaian gospel singer, Noble Nketia who has been missing in action for some time now has made reappearance with his charity project.
Explaining the reason for his absence, he said his charity project (1000 kids off the street) and the cost of publicity has kept him from the media spotlight. He went further to explain that the amount of time he invests into getting kids off the street has prevented him from making music.
The singer has also launched a mobile app that will help him garner more support for his cause. Mr. Nketia says the “1000-Kids-Off-The-Street‟ mobile app seeks to support street children who do not have responsible guardians. It has so far been able to remove quite a number of street children out of the streets and giving them a better life.
The gospel singer first came into the spot light when he released his hit song "Yesu Do." He released a couple more albums before he went quiet.
