Ghanaian movie star, John Dumelo, says he will accept an appointment from New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer Nana Akufo-Addo if the later wins the November elections.
Although Dumelo has declared for President John Mahama ahead of the polls, he said he would accept an opportunity to serve his country under an Akufo-Addo government.
"I will be serving the country...so there is nothing with that; same as Kwesi Nduom or anybody else wins; it's service to the country, so why not," he told Accra-based Starr FM on Wednesday.
Dumelo also weighed in on the ongoing beef between Sarkodie and M.anifest.
He said it would be hard to take sides as to who was the better rapper, but praised Sarkodie for going international with his twi rap.
“It’s rare to find someone [Sarkodie] rapping in the local language and going international… It will be hard to take sides. Beef is needed,” he said.
