Ghanaian side Medeama SC played a 1-1 stalemate in the CAF Confederation Cup Group A match in Dar es Salaam on Saturday.

The Tanzanian side scored first through Donald Ngomo Dombo in the 2 minute and tried to add to their tally but tried as they did, the resolute Ghanaian defence would not budge.
