At least 150 persons have been killed in north and central China with hundreds of thousands evacuated following flash floods and landslides.
In the city of Xingtai, at least 25 people have died prompting people to demonstrate against the government for failing to warn them of the flooding.
The flood has erupted protests among victims as they say the government failed in warning them of the floods. Meanwhile, the Chinese authorities have said they will provide funds for flood-hit areas, where millions of people are affected.
It has estimated that more than 1.5 million hectares of crops have been damaged and said direct economic losses exceed $3bn (£2.3bn).
