DVLA website hacked by unknown detractors

The official website of Ghana's Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) has been hacked.

Reports from Citi FM show that the website fails to load despite anti-virus programs being initiated as other users reveal that access to the web portal has been totally blocked.

So far, it remains unclear whether this is an intentional attack on the website, although it has been inaccessible for about an hour.
