GPL: Hearts draw, Kotoko lose

Kumasi Asante Kotoko poor run in the Ghana Premier League continued on match day 22 when the porcupine warriors lost 1-2 to New Edubiase.

The result was Edubiase’s first win since moving to Bekwai. Kotoko has suffered back to back away defeats for the first time under Michael Osei.

Meanwhile, their bitterest rivals, Accra Hearts of Oak played a 1-1 draw with defending champions, Ashantigold. Hearts of Oak remain unbeaten in the second round and under Sergio Traguil.

Hearts remain at the summit of the league table and Ashantigold recorded their 13th draw of the season.
