Premier League side West Ham are set to sign Ghana and Swansea midfielder Andre Ayew for £16million ahead of the new season.
West Ham plan to pay Ayew £75,000 a week to add variety to their attack.
They reportedly tried to sign the 26-year-old before he left Marseille but could not meet his wage demands.
Swansea coach Guidolin is said to have set eyes on Barcelona wide man Cristian Tello, 24, as a possible replacement for Ayew.
Meanwhile, the midfielder continued his good form for Swansea on Monday as they beat Swindon.
Swansea continued their unbeaten record in pre-season as goals from Andre Ayew, Jay Fulton and Modou Barrow gave their side a 3-0 victory against Swindon on Wednesday evening.
