The incumbent National Democratic Congress (NDC) will be launching its campaign ahead of the general elections on August 14.
Spokesperson for the NDCs campaign team, Joyce Bawah Mogtari, has revealed that the campaign will happen without the official launch of the party's campaign stating that the theme for the 2016 campaign will be “Changing lives, transforming Ghana.”

Meanwhile, national campaign coordinator of the NDC, Kofi Adams has revealed that the party’s manifesto will be focusing on “investing in our people that will change their lives and transform Ghana”.

The move by the incumbent party follows the inability of all political parties in the country to present their manifestoes barely four months to the 2016 general elections.
