Severe shortage of LPG hits Accra

Media reports suggest an acute shortage of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) in the Greater Accra region.

The shortage which began on Thursday, August 4 is feared to have left hundreds of consumers left stranded at various gas-vending stations.

So far, it remains unclear what may have caused the week-long shortage as an attendant at the Anasset gas filling station at Awudome confirmed to Citi Business News that they have since not gotten any supply yet.
