Often we come across some people who have released music so bad that it made our eardrums hurt.
And frankly, we can't fathom why people make such music are referred to as artistes. Using these people and the term "artiste" in the same sentence should be illegal, punishable via death by piranhas...unless there is also a "not" in there somewhere.
Here are the top 10 Ghanaian musicians who should have never been musicians.
1. Diamond Appiah
With Diamond, it is hard to tell which one came first, the attitude or the music? On her debut with a not-so-likeable song for which she received so much backlash and criticism (not critique), one would have thought she would instantly cut out the musical path from her ways but no. We haven't heard much from her yet, but we are not looking forward to hearing anything from her.
This guy wanted to take on Sarkodie at some point in his musical career. Pfffttt.
3. Sister Deborah
As a model, designer and actress, Deborah Vanessa is everything you'd expect. However, as a musician, we'd rather not.
4. Lil Win
The Kumawood star might have become too caught up in his features in Guru's "viral" songs, his latest attempt at making music on his own was a total fail.
5. Mimi Divalish
Another Ghanaian diva with an attitude that doesn't match her talent.
6. Juliet Ibrahim
Juliet Ibrahim is a good actress and director by all standard; music is just not her thing.
7. Nana Ama McBrown
Another Kumawood star who tried her hands at music...and failed.
Popular opinion has it that Salah would have been better off as a model or actress, we agree.
The best thing this girl band did was give Ghana music, MzVee.
"Mumble-jumble goes the beatmaker", and we mean this in every way
