With the recent rush of celebrities endorsing President John Mahama for the next term of presidency in the coming election period, one has to be sure that the celebritynames being dropped as genuine.

Kumawood actress and producer Emelia Brobbey is one of the celebrity names that have recently popped up as a supporter of John Mahama's administration. However, the actress has finally commented on the issue, stating categorically that she has not endorsed John Mahama.

Her remarks come after a flyer of her endorsing the NDC and its flagbearer went viral on social media platforms. Emelia Brobbey, who is currently outside the country spoke to Zionfelix.net, saying she had not endorsed any political party and that the flyer is a photoshopped work made by unknown persons to further their own agenda.

She added that she has no interest in  politics and as such has no intention of endorsing any political party. This event follows the viral video of Kumawood actor Kwaku Manu in an edited video that saw him allegedly endorsing the current NDC government when he was rather calling for peace among all Ghanaians.
