According to the founder and lead pastor of the Glorious Word Ministry International, the New Democratic Party (NDC) had made plans to burn down his church.
Rev. Owusu Bempah, who was speaking on the Accra-based radio station, Rainbow Radio, alleged that the NDC party came to the decision in a bid to silent him, Rev Bempah, from publicly condemning actions taken by the incumbent party.
Though he would not revealed why he'd make such allegation, Rev Bempah maintained that he had information regarding the matter.
He used the medium to also inform the general public to hold the NDC and its foot-soldiers responsible should they find out that his church has been burnt down.
According to Owusu Bempah, when he earlier prophesied that a president in office from the NDC was going to die in office, he suffered "attacks" from the party on the issue.
He, however, revealed that despite the public outcry by the NDC against his prophecy then, some members of the party had secretly met him to give them directions on how to avert the prophecy.
Rev. Owusu Bempah has been openly criticizing the incumbent NDC and President John Dramani Mahama for a while with his most recent comment against the party calling on President to stop insulting Nana Addo, the flagbearer of the largest opposition party, New Patriotic Party.
