Asamoah Gyan has signed a year loan deal with Al-Ahli Dubai FC in the Arabian Gulf League.

The Black Stars captain transfer move to the UAE follows a failed medical at English Championship side, Reading on Tuesday.
"I want to say to all fans in UAE that I am back to UAE, I am back home. The relationship I had with people was fantastic so I had to come back and continue the relationship,” he said after completing the transfer move.

Gyan also thanked the fans of Al Ain and promised to give his all to the club.
Asamoah Gyan is the highest scoring African at a FIFA World Cup tournament.
