Massive crowds greeted opposition New Patriotic Party flagbearer Nana Akufo-Addo's arrival in the Northern Region as he steps up his campaign ahead of the elections.
In the places he visited, Akufo-Addo reiterated his pledge to transform the economy and create jobs.
He vowed to implement his "one district, one factory" policy if elected into office.
He also pledged to introduce a "one village, one dam" policy in order to boost agriculture.
"We’re building Ghana from the bottom-up so that we can get everybody involved," he said.
Akufo-Addo's tour of the region has already seen him visit the Bunkpurugu, Nalerigu/Gambaga, Walewale and Tamale.
